Jonathan is an international executive coach and has had a 20+ year career in working to serve organisational needs for Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. Before this, he had an 18 year sales career spanning FMCG and Outsourcing, working for companies such as Duracell UK, Digital, EDS and IBM Global Services.
Since 2002, Jonathan has personally worked in the UK, Europe, North American and Asia Pacific regions, supporting his clients C-Suite and senior leadership teams to deliver talent solutions.
Jonathan’s personal coaching style is engaging, curious, supportive and challenging. He is driven by the desire to help his clients succeed, by achieving measurable and sustainable improvements in their performance.

Alison is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and an HR professional, specialising in leadership, transformation, employee engagement and change management. She has significant experience in retail, telecommunications, engineering and professional services.
She works with Global Coach Group UK and Ireland on the design and delivery of large scale leadership team development programmes, team coaching and leadership assessment services.
Alison has over 20 years’ experience as a senior consultant and programme lead working with some of the world’s biggest brands on large scale organisation transformation programmes.
