Elevating Global Account Performance
Client: Corporate Vice President/Account CEO and Vice Presidents of Fortune 500 Global IT Consultancy
Challenge:
We were tasked with coaching the leadership team responsible for managing the largest global account of a Fortune 500 IT consultancy. This account, serving a major UK government department, required strategic leadership and high-performance teamwork to meet evolving needs, especially amidst the challenges of Covid-19 and Brexit.
Approach:
- Assessment & Planning: After assessing key team members and account leaders, we designed a leadership development program tailored to the needs of the 10 senior executives. This program included workshops, leadership training, and one-to-one coaching sessions, all conducted online due to Covid-19 restrictions.
- Focused Coaching: Our coaching aimed to enhance client engagement, implement learnings from workshops, optimize work processes, delegate effectively, manage sales pipelines, and improve client stakeholder management.
Outcome:
Enhance Client Engagement: The leadership team developed more sophisticated approaches to understand and support client needs, espicially during critical periods like Covid-19 and Brexit.
Improved Performance: Through effective collaboration and targeted coaching, the team saw improvements in collaboration, performance against objectives, and client relationships..
